Hotel Chatelet Inn Kyoto

전체적으로 좋았습니다. 전기 콘센트가 2개 밖에 없는 점은 좀 아쉬웠어요.휴대폰이라든지 와이파이 등 충전 시 불편함만 빼면 전체적으로 좋았습니다.

Large Room , Clean and Safe

京都らしいホテルで良かった

Loved the overall look of the property, with the tatami mats in the rooms, the tea set tables, and the paper sliding windows. The location is very accessible to places like Nijo castle, and Nishiki Market. Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Kyoto.

施設は多少古さは感じるものの、清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。地下鉄駅から350メートル程で二条城も近く、立地は申し分ないです。フロントの方がどなたも親切でした。大浴場があり、旅の疲れを癒す事ができて良かったです。また京都観光の折にはお世話になりたいです。

We stayed in the “family room”. Japanese style big room. For bedding we received futons, which were very comfortable. There’s kettles, matcha tea packets in the lobby. The onsen was very nice, had some chipped tiles. Hotel held our luggages prior and after our stay, which helped a lot for exploring the city. Overall a great experience for the price.

It’s a little run down

Located close to the subway and Nijo Castle. Also plenty of places to eat as well as a grocery store.

happy with the spacious room for our four-ppl fam The room rate is cost-effective given the peak season of Kyoto city. The staffs were dedicated to all kinds of services.

facilities look a bit old, but not a bit of problem accommodation tax should be paid only in cash; credit card needs to be available for tax payment.
