Beautiful heritage property
Property was nice but staff left something to be desired
Bed comfort was the best!
The free VIP breakfast didn't include any of the hot food, and the selection and choices there were not impressive. The room service breakfast was excellent - generous portions, hot on arrival and very tasty. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are fairly small (without much extra room) but cosy. There is no closet space to hang any longer items - not even a man's suit, because a small set of drawers and the safe are placed into the small closet below the hanging rod.
Bed and food were very great.. Unfortunately one of the rooms did not have air conditioning and when we asked for a solution the front desk was rude and said there is nothing she could do about it... she did not call anyone and did not offer to help She gave a fan..

Front desk and manager very rude. Also this hotel does a lot of events so not the relaxing vibe that is advertised.
The place itself is nice.Rooms are clean but small,the air conditioning didnot really cool down our room.Yes it was humid out But very poor circulation of cold air.Only positive thing was our also had a ceiling fan,which did not cool down the room much ,even with both running.
It’s a hidden gem in a big city
The room was quite spacious, very comfortable large bed, with a nice modern bathroom (lots of counter space, lovely shower). TV set up was great, was easily able to chrome cast our music and movies. The one issue we had was that the hallways are small so anytime someone was outside we could hear them and probably vice versa but overall we felt it didnt take away from how nice of a stay it was. Would stay here again for sure, great value.
