The hotel offered a boutique vibe close to shopping and was a great distance between Niagara Falls and Toronto.
Rooms are extremely small.
I wascexpecting a pool and jacussi..nithing available ..wanted a pedicure.not available at 3 :30 pm.. Breakfast was great
Be cautious about the size of the junior suite. It very tiny. You will bump your head. Don't do it if you're claustrophobic. I'm a gold member and was supposed to get gold rewards through Hotels.com. But they wanted to charge me for breakfast. Be cautioned there is not continental breakfast included. The staff were very nice. Helped me carry the luggage upstairs due to no elevator. The facility is very lovely and quiet.
The room was small; light showed around the door from the hallway right into my face in bed; bathroom door did not open fully affecting use of the sink(always had to close the door to use the sink); only one chair. - not worth the price you paid
The Glenerin Inn & Spa is such a peaceful and charming retreat. The historic building and beautiful stone architecture give the entire stay a cozy, boutique feel. My room was very relaxing and comfortable, with lovely views of the surrounding greenery. The staff were warm and welcoming, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious meals--but be sure to make reservations, since they book up quickly. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, located approximately 50 minutes away from downtown Toronto.

Beautiful property and clean room. Room was too small. Staff were very friendly and offered assistance when needed.
Practical as my mother lives in Parkland on the Glen. Avoid staying on the side where they hold weddings. It gets noisy at night!
Very nice property. Service was excellent. My only complaint: my room was very warm. A/C was a problem. Others from my group had the same complaint.
