Hotel Playa Del Sol

Epic location , friendly helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Tomas at reception helped us book a last minute fishing trip which was so good we had the best time. Nice big pool and good poolside bar not the flashiest place if you are looking for 5 start but more than enough for us. Hope to come back

Only thing is that the gift shop wouldn’t take card and we had no cash left and found some treasures in there that we would of liked to take home .

Had a terrific family vacation. Very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant and we were comfortable. Even changed out our mattress on the bed for us when the bed was too hard. Staff so friendly, food was good at a decent price and we love the bar ❤️ we will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed the week kept garden and pool area where it was obvious that the staff were taking care of the area with pride. El Encanto is my favorite place to spend time in San Jose del Cabo.

Exceptionally nice staff at bar(Martine) and coffee shop

The A/C sounded like it was going to fall off the wall all night. The bathroom towels were old, stained at ratty like cleaning rags. The employees were beautiful, pleasant , sweet & hard-working people. Food was very mediocre and expensive. The rooms needed some eating utensils and a microwave. A clock in the room would have been very nice. The view on the beach was excellent . They should give guests #1 dibs on the pickleball courts. NOT the locals hogging all the courts in the cool mornings. Just wrong and frustrating not to be able to play pickleball as advertised for the price paid to stay at the hotel!!!!

The location and the view are amazing! The staff is so friendly. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing for swimming especially with kids. We've enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel which made it very relaxing. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Pool side furniture needs updating and more umbrellas. Beach chairs would also be nice to have. Wifi in the room are very poor but they are ok in the main area. I would also love some more simpler options for breakfast ie: toast, pancakes, just eggs, not only fancy plates.
