Landscape and beach was nice.

We were not told that the Pool was under construction. Lazy staff, kinda dirty, Uncomfortable bed, no TV, no coffee maker, no ice buckets, no comfortable chairs or loungers.

Clean and comfortable beds. Clean shower with plenty of water pressure and good temperature. Breakfast and coffee good. Ability to rent bikes on site. Pickle ball area on site. Very helpful check in staff. Excellent cleaning staff.

Breakfast staff attention to guests. Shower towels need replaced and upgraded. Window drapes needed repair and a sheer liner so we could see out to the ocean but others could not see into our room as they walk by.

Great location to shopping, restaurants and the beautiful beach. Of course, the Sea water was amazing and warm - pool was chillin', like most in Mexico due to not being heated. Very good breakfast lunch place with reasonable prices. Round bar overlooking the beach was also convenient.
