Property extremely well kept and clean. Good variety of quality restaurants.

Staff tipping demands. Did not have to suffer this previously. On 'all inclusive' no tipping should be required. Frequently now, staff appear at the end of a meal with an unsubtle demand for a tip. You are shown a phone and expected to authorize a tip. This can lead to staff disharmony when you decline. Leaves a bad taste and produces unwelcome stress on your holiday.

Beautiful resort, staff was very friendly and helpful. Pull out couch was very comfortable. Food was delicious and beautiful.

Beach had a lot of seaweed even though they tried to keep up on removing it.

The staff and service were exceptional. The food was good. The grounds were impeccable.

We did not like paying for Starbucks coffee when we had the all inclusive package. The supplies and food, snacks at the mini food market is not included, understandably. Yet, the Starbucks coffee at the food mart should be included.
