Mostly very nice and friendly staff. The studio and the balcony with a hammock were fantastic and a real highlight of our stay. The Mexican food served at the hotel was delicious, while the other dishes were not as impressive. Breakfast was superb.

All sun loungers, including the ocean-facing communal sofas, were reserved very early in the morning – sometimes during the night – mainly by the pool attendants. By 7:00am there was not a single free one available. Unless you tipped the attendant, it was almost impossible to get a sun lounger, which we have never experienced in other hotels, and we travel frequently. The restaurant booking system also needs improvement. There was no availability when we arrived and during our 5-night stay (split into two bookings) the concierge was only able to secure one reservation for us. The Mexican restaurant was excellent and the food there was delicious, but the other dining options were quite average. .

No hospitality, no one willing to help with just 1 hour early check in, expensive for the location, tips added in the bills “as per hotel policy” without even asking us if we want to give tips or not,

They don't tell honestly and sell u on spot

They lie about the services and when I told them to watch camera they start giving excuses.
