El hotel es muy hermoso, con habitaciones y piscinas muy agradables. Todo está muy limpio y cuenta con piscina climatizada y jacuzzi. Es un lugar perfecto para quedarse y disfrutar. El desayuno incluido en el restaurante Kaprichos es delicioso y se sirve al estilo buffet. El personal es muy amable. Limpian las habitaciones todos los días. En cuanto a la ubicación queda como a 25 minutos de la zona hotelera.

Estive hospedado no Villa del Palmar Cancun Luxury Beach Resort & Spa com minha família e a experiência foi extremamente positiva do início ao fim. As instalações são excelentes, muito bem cuidadas, organizadas e pensadas para proporcionar conforto e tranquilidade. Os serviços funcionam muito bem, desde o valet e estacionamento até a limpeza, amenities e a possibilidade de utilizar a hospitality room após o checkout, o que fez toda a diferença para nós. Optamos pelo sistema all inclusive e, de forma geral, a experiência gastronômica foi ótima: boa variedade, qualidade na culinária e organização impecável nos restaurantes. Houve apenas um pequeno incidente em que uma bebida foi cobrada à parte sem que tivéssemos sido previamente informados. No entanto, ao conversarmos de forma respeitosa com a equipe, a situação foi prontamente compreendida e resolvida, o que demonstra profissionalismo e cuidado com o hóspede. Gostaria de fazer um agradecimento mais do que especial ao gerente Martin (uruguaio). Desde o primeiro momento, ele nos recebeu como se estivéssemos em casa. Foi um anfitrião excepcional: educado, respeitoso, atencioso e extremamente profissional. Nos apresentou o hotel, nos deixou seguros, confortáveis e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Pessoas como o Martin elevam o nível da experiência e fazem toda a diferença na estadia. Em resumo, foram dias excelentes, com hospitalidade de alto nível, boa gastronomia, estrutura completa e um atendimento humano que realmente marca. Recomendo fortemente o hotel e deixo aqui um salve especial ao gerente Martin, que representa muito bem o espírito do Villa del Palmar Cancun.
