"I wouldnt book it again."

Food and drinks were good, room was really clean and majority of the staff were very welcoming. Beach and the pools were nice.

Tipping shouldnt be this much center of everything! This was so called all inclusive booking but they wont even let you to get a banana at breakfast. Constantly you have to close out like you were in a normal restaurant then you have to tip. It was irritating. Concierge was also not really nice, had to wait till 3 pm to get the room; i stayed in Cancun before and this was never being a huge deal like they did in this hotel. They even didnt help on the last day to schedule a taxi. Normally a resort should have their own airport taxis.

We had a very good stay at this resort and were lucky to receive an upgrade to a suite, which was excellent. The resort was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were outstanding, making the overall experience truly enjoyable.

Limited food options if you want to eat outside of the resort.

The booking for the Italian restaurant.. the other restaurants were readily accessible .so expected the same for the Italian cuisine.
