for the price of the room, we were not impressed. it really needs to be updated. The water just trickled out of the sink to wash my face and brush teeth. The air conditioning buttons weren’t working great and the TV didn’t have very many channels. We thought we were gonna be able to fish on the property since we were right on the water, but there was no fishing.

Right next to Sugarlofe marina and South of Seven restaurant which was fantastic. Beds should be upgraded to Queen. And pool needs to be upgraded

The property was not bad but the rooms had lots of roach activity dead and live ones everywhere even on the bed

Very peaceful, older property but extremely clean. Unassuming and quaint, Perfect for the price, can’t wait to go back

We got a huge "dated" room away from others, but an early morning laundry (door) woke us. No coffee maker in room, but it was available at the "closed" tiki bar. The tip jar was unnecessary. Least expensive from here to Key West. I would stay here again. Haven't seen toilet paper this wide in thirty years! ;)

Mold all over on the popcorn ceiling with overpowering anti fungal spray that clearly was not working

The decor was 1960s including the integrated bed radio! Loved our stay here and would stay again. Great view from our door over the water.

The property is a bit out dated as it has been around for a long time and the owners are the original owners. Hurricane Irma did some major damage and party of the property was lost due to the major Hurricane. The staff were very pleasant and the rooms had new carpeting and new bedding. A great pace to stay and only 17 miles from Key West which would have been more than $250 per night. No parking or resort fees as Key Wet has. Also, each room has a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Definitely worth saving the money and Key West is outrageously expensive having grown up there.
