１）事前に荷物預けを依頼し、確認メイルまでもらっていたのに不手際だったことが不快だった。 ２）一晩中騒音がひどくて、途切れることがなく一睡もできなかった。

タクシー手配して頂き助かりました。ただ便座の蓋が壊れて外れていたこと、氷が欲しくても徒歩2分のビィラホテルまで取りに行く必要があるのは残念でした。

何度か利用してますが、普通の宿泊施設。強いて言うなら、「窓のカーテンにレースのカーテンを」。また、ドアが鉄製ということがあるが、他の部屋の開け閉めの時の音が気になる。

受け付けの応対は素晴らしい。施設は古いが十分。大浴場は隣の同じ系列ホテルまで行かないといけないのが面倒。ただ大浴場は気持ちよかったです。また何かあったら使用したいです。
