専用無料駐車場が狭いので、早い者勝ち感があって大変でした。部屋は喫煙ルームだったけど、比較的キレイで匂いもしませんでした。でも冷蔵庫の音が地味に煩かったです。あと、枕が硬くて高いので、私は合わなくて、首と肩が痛くて眠れなかった。低反発とか希望ができたらいいのになと思いました。

駐車場は空きがない提携駐車場は自腹で払うよう言われる こちらは無料駐車場があるかを検索してこのホテルを選んでいるのに！ あと近くにグループホテルがありそちらの大型浴場を使うシステムみたいだがいくら近くても数年に一度の豪雪の日の燕三条はお風呂のためにホテル館内から出るのは無理があり利用出来なかった その説明もホテルマンからは説明がなく鍵を渡されただけというひどいチェックインで何か説明はないのですかと言ってしまうほど不快に感じた チェックインの対応もひどかったが何より困ったのは一晩中音がうるさくて眠れなかった事 一睡もできない状態で朝を迎え雪の中の車中泊で無いだけありがたいと思うしかないと自分に言い聞かせなくてはいけないくらい快適とは程遠い状況であった あと部屋が寒く布団の上にバスタオルやコートなど厚手の物をかけないと震えるくらいだった 部屋の温度設定と騒音を改善してくれないと二度と利用したくないと思うほどであった
