The breakfast is included. But need to be more efficient things weren't prepared or heated up properly or probably could use an extra person to help during breakfast time!

Extra person doing breakfast preparations.. especially when when hotels fully booked to prepare!

"A quiet, clean hotel in a walkable town, off the beaten path."

Location was excellent; nice to get a few miles off the highway, enjoy a stroll in a lovely town. Breakfast was better than many small hotels will offer; enough to get your day started.

I had a little trouble checking in; some disconnect in billing between the hotel an Booking.com kept me on my cellphone, on hold, for nearly 30 minutes.

"Party in the cozy."

I loved the vibe of the hotel. It was cute and had great atmosphere.

I was unaware that the bar would be open until 2am and the music was playing a bit loud until about 130am. I wish there was a heads up or a note to chose which side of the building the hotel room was on.

"In serious need of a renovation."

The restaurant, outside seating, gym, continental breakfast and lobby looked so nice. But as we got up to the rooms, the rugs were almost black from dirt in the hallway. The rooms were also ok, but you can tell nothing was redone in a very long time. Felt almost motel like. Our AC was broken so they had a roll in window unit. I will say the staff were so friendly and the beds were comfortable and clean, but yeah, they need some serious updates.

Room was neat and AC worked great

Asked for a spoon or fork to eat food we microwaved in our room. Apparently they don't have any? Went down to get breakfast about half way thru the available breakfast time and there was NOTHING left! Also, they had a pretty massive leak that was getting all over the hallway floor! The CARPETED floor! There was a bucket to catch water, but it was still soaked all over the area!
