Overall a great experience of staying here. Loved it.

Well positioned for Convention Centre and Olympic Park. Great level of service and comfortable, clean rooms. Breakfast was high quality Good value when compared with nearby InterContinental Would stay again.

The hotel location is perfect as it is very near the venue of our convention. The room was very clean with necessary amenities. Food excellent. However, the room was very warm (28 degrees celsius) as there was no air conditioner. The staff told me" just open the window; no aircon as it is winter." I reasoned out that is is just Nov 1. It's not winter yet. So, I opened the window and became comfortable only in the early morning. In the evening of November 3 I was sweaty and not comfortable in my room, so I asked to be moved to a cooler room. The front desk staff told me, "no more available room." I asked for the manager who transferred me to an upgraded room which was really comfortable.

Great location, staff, and conference center. Staff were helpful and courteous. Conference Center is very close. Food was good at the hotel.
