That it was very close to our destination and they allowed pets

That no one was at the counter when we went to check out and I had waited for a bit and no one came. There was also other people waiting. I just laid cards on keyboard and left. People had to be other places at a certain time. Should not have to wait on staff to come, someone should already be there. That is their job

Clean and comfortable Decent breakfast (coffee should be in breakfast area not main lobby.)

The roads are extremely dark and hard to see at night (no rain). Just a bit off the path but not bad. I wish the staff wouldn't speak different languages as they are in front of customers and carry on personal conversations.

We stayed for one night for access to Hershey. Room was clean and quiet. Beds were fine. Showerhead is weirdly high (too high for me to reach and adjust) and had a really wide spray so it was difficult to wash my hair. The location is really convenient. Breakfast was decent and well stocked. I used the app to check in and out so didnt interact with the front desk at all.
