Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey Near the Park

I stayed at this property for one quick night in September on my way from Lancaster to Altoona. I arrived at about 10pm, and departed early the next morning at 6am. There is convenient and plentiful free parking at this property. This Hampton appears to have been remodeled recently, and most things I encountered was in very good order. I had a room near the end of the hallway on the 2nd Floor, and it was a suite style setup with a living area, desk and tv in one room (not closed off however), bathroom in the middle and the king bed in the bedroom area on the other side. Everything in my room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, tv in working order and more. The only thing I noticed is that the sink water pressure in this bathroom is very, very low. It was not that way in the shower, so just the sink needs adjusted. All the common areas were clean, the hallway carpet looked new. The only thing pretty beat up are the doors to the rooms that face the hallway. Other than that, a great and short stay.

Very clean& quiet. The young lady who checked us in was very pleasant and informative. Overall a pleasant stay. I would definitely return.

Everything was perfect except that the toilet was dirty

As expected. Clean rooms. Good water pressure. Breakfast was tasty.

You can easily tell that housekeeping only does the bare minimum to clean the rooms. The tub had stains on it that were there for a while, pink mold on the shower head, mold ring around sink drain and some type of splatter on the closer door from a prior guest that was never cleaned. Also carpeted room which isnt clearly vacuumed. One of us wore white socks and they were dirty from just walking in the room. For the insane price you pay, you expect the room to be cleaned, esp when you have children in the room.

We booked the 2 Queens beds suit room for family of 4. Overall is great and comfortable, highly recommended.

Clean room except chip under chair. All else was very clean. Temperature very comfortable. Staff pleasant. Easy access onto main road. Plenty of parking. Only suggestion is another trash can in room.
