Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey Near the Park

The front staff personnel were outstanding. Everyone was super helpful. I needed milk for the children, and the canteen doesn't sell it. The front desk lady helped by getting a glass of milk for me from the kitchen. I watched her greet all guests with enthusiasm and care. The rooms were good, and the location was great for Hershey Park and the nearby transportation museum, which is a must-visit for families.

Hotel was extremely convenient for our family trip to HersheyPark being right down the street. It was also clean, comfortable and had an amazing breakfast.

We just got back from Hershey and our one night stay at this Hampton Inn. This Hampton Inn is clean, quiet and very comfortable. We arrived when they were having a major computer glitch, but the staff calmly helped us to check in and were even able to give us an upgrade. Ivory was particularly friendly and helpful! Breakfast was plentiful and it is literally 5 minutes from Hershey. Love this place!

The staff was awesome

The rooms could be a little cleaner, more attention to detail like corners in the shower. Sink was dirty like coffee was poured in to it, when we just got into the room. And a little better dusting of the drawers

Very disappointed. Booked a suite for 3 nights (not inexpensive) for family of 5 on a birthday trip. Room was dirty and in disrepair - dust everywhere and thick dust bunnies on the vents , hair, stains, broken soap dish with a sharp edge, sticky hair dryer, broken lamp etc. Thermostat didn't work - we were either freezing or hot. No bathroom fan which explains mold but also fogs mirror making it hard to get ready. Promises every other day housekeeping. When they came we were just getting ready to leave for the day and asked them to come back in 15 minutes. Came back after a long day and they never came back, everything was exactly as we left it. I had to go down to the desk at 11pm and ask for some fresh towels and garbage bags so we could at least tidy up and shower before bed. No real apology or attempt to make it right.

This was the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Enet was on top of it, as was her coworker. They kept the waffle batter filled up, and kept things neat. Thank you for the great experience!

We booked a queen suite for 6 guests and it was a very spacious room. The condition of the hotel was very clean and updated. Our favorite part of the hotel experience was the free breakfast. Enet the hotel employee who prepared the breakfast was very accessible and catered to our special requests. She was extremely friendly and a joy to speak with. Also, the desk offered some great tips for our trip to Hershey. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.
