The location - it is very close to the Kawasaki train station which connects you to all the major train hubs.

We had an early morning flight out and we needed to be at the airport at 5am. They told us that transport can only arranged 48 hours before, which we were NOT told at check-in. And we felt like the staff wasn’t willing to help us in our predicament. We were getting desperate so every new face we saw behind the desk we asked if they can arrange for a taxi. FINALLY, the evening shift - Akiko was able to help us! When every other staff member said “sorry we can’t help you”, she said “I will do whatever I can to help you!” She made her calls and was able to arrange for 2 taxis to come pick us up at 4am. Thank you so much Akiko-San. If it wasn’t for her, our trip would have been a disaster!

バスルームや洗面台広々して使いやすかった 部屋もゆったり 大通りに面していて立地も良い

特にはない モーニングは摂ってないが サラダがなかったようにみえたので少し残念
