何度も利用しています スタッフの対応がいつも丁寧で、臨機応変なところがとても助かっています。 部屋の変更も快く対応して頂きました。

部屋の汚れや傷などが少し目立ってきていました。 カーテンが汚れていたり、バスタブの排水口の汚れが多少ですが気になりました

The hotel was not exactly clean, there were stains in the room that would need deep cleaning to get out. The bathroom was also not up to standard, water stone in the tiles and such
