Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kawasaki-Higashiguchi

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Ankunft, Matratzen und Kopfkissen sind bequem. Die Auswahl der kostenlosen Pflegemittel / Tee/Kaffee fürs Zimmer war in Ordnung. Zimmer grundlegend sauber, check-in und Check-out waren einfach. Es gab Probleme beim Scannen des Reisepasses, das wurde aber schnell durch das freundliche Personal gelöst. Wenn man nicht vorhat jeden Tag nach Tokyo reinzufahren (geht aber auch ..ca 10-15 Minuten nach shinagawa) sondern vllt den Standort auch direkt für Tagesausflüge nach Yokohama, Hakone , Kamakura/Enoshima bzw vor oder nach Ankunft/Rückflug von Haneda zu nutzen, bietet sich das Hotel an. Viele Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten

Zimmereinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sind aber normale Abnutzungsspuren. Lüftung an der Decke etwas eingestaubt, müsste vllt öfter gereinigt werden.

The location of this hotel was very good. It was 5 minutes walk to the Kawasaki train station and right close to shops, cafes, mall and other stores. I like that they gave robes, face masks, slippers and other room items. I would stay at this hotel again without getting the breakfast option. Check-in and out were very easy using the self-checking kiosk. The staff were pleasant and allowed us to leave our bags before and after check-out.

The breakfast left much to be desired. Breakfast was from the adjoining cafe. The only options were sandwiches which were so small I was more hungry when I was finished than when I started. There were limited vegan / vegetarian options. I don't drink coffee or black tea and there were no other hot drink options. There were no fruits or even cereal options. It's not worth paying for breakfast with such limited options.
