Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y el entorno natural es espectacular. Lo negativo es que la Habitación la regadera no es cerrada, las camas son muy duras, la señal de wifi es mala y no hay televisión por lo menos en el restaurante.

Staying here, you are literally in a Jungle. If you do not like the nature, it's noises and surprises, this resort is not for you. If you are okay with Howler Monkeys waking you up in the middle of the night, a few spiders or Geckos on your ceiling then you will be alright. This resort is absolutely gorgeous. Restaurant food was decent, smoothies were excellent. Only thing I disliked was the cost to taxi to Flores and back every time. 150 GTC each way, some taxi will try charge you 250 GTC. The resort offers a shuttle but that is 30USD for 2 people. Find a genuine driver. Don't bother with the ones at airport. Renting a car is worth it. Late checkout is 6pm ✅
