This place is beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was included and was good. Not much to do around the property. I recommend searching for tours (not the one the hotel offered/tourist trap, way too overpriced) Cons: Dinner is way too overpriced, small portions and the food was not good unfortunately.

The outdoors is the facility is beautiful but the rooms are super simple , beds are hard and super simple with old bed linens . Old pillows

Hotel was great value for the price. Rooms were comfortable but walls are a bit thin, can hear a bit of noise sometimes. The hot spring pool is a huge bonus, spent a lot of time in there. Restaurant was good ate a couple of dinners there. Good view of the lake too.

The warm pool was the only one we found while in Guatemala

A perfect respite on Lake Atitlan, away from the congestion of the town in its own nook. Incredibly well maintained and very friendly staff. Highly recommend

I would definitely come back to this hotel. It’s beautiful. It’s right in front of the volcano. Very close to the lake where you can get a private code that takes you to different little towns. Stuff was nice food at the restaurant was OK and number one thing for me they have hot water, the room is clean and very comfortable

Short walk to lake & shopping. 4x4 transportation to San Antonio 1 block away in front of catholic church. Amenities, food and staff great.
