They have us with out water for showers no hot water and limited electricity

A really lovely property, everything is clean and beautiful. A couple of times the electricity went out, but it wasn't a big inconvenience. The staff are super helpful, we stayed here our last few days in Guatemala and the town and this place were the perfect way to end it. Also - best tortillas we had in Guatemala!!

The property is gorgeous. The on site restaurant is great and the staff is super friendly!

Fantastic hotel in an amazing little town!! One suggestion: put a small fan in each room to move the air around and for white noise at night.

The property had a beautiful view that allowed for a view of the volcano and water. It was near a few places to get items from the corner store. The heated pool was great and allows you to be outside even if it’s cooler. The three things that J struggled with is the influx ant infestation that takes over the rooms. I have to get them out of my items. The other thing is that the location doesn’t allow for much transportation options late so be aware. And also, the breakfast options is only 2 items which don’t leave room for differences because it’s the same every day. Other than that, the staff are nice.

The place is amazing. Peaceful Staff is super friendly. The restaurant has good food. There are two pools and activy play room.

AMAZING! This hotel is the best option on the entire lake, especially in this price range. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Lake. The staff is amazing, rooms are nice and the view is beautiful! The food at the restaurant was also delicious!

This property is located around beautiful surroundings, the lake and volcano views are breathtaking, the village Santa Catarina is very charming , make sure to walk around it’s very safe, the staff at the hotel is at another level, they provided me with outstanding service and care, covered all my needs and helped me out around the lake with instructions and booking of extra activities, Natalia, Sergio, Mananeses, Osman y todos en el resort mil y mil gracias 🙏❤️✨

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! the receptionist in the front recomend a boat driver to takes for the day across the lake to the other towns. He pick up us up at end of the day to takes back to the hotel, once the family is inside the boat and the middle of the trip, he stopped the boat and demands more money! we refuse which a bid mistake for us becasue he theaten our lives including our litte girl. He finally tooks back and he was driving the boat erraclly that made my cousing pued.and then he stopped in the middle of the storm and threaten us again ! a 30 minute boat ride turn into 2 hours of hell. We complain and the receptionist gave us mean looks the entire 3 days we stay there. We ask for towels, never took the towels back to our rooms and the food was nasty! so DO NOT STAY THERE!
