Meraki Resort - Adults Only - All inclusive

we were here for the second time. we booked a more expensive room to see if there would be normal blackout curtains. but there weren't. we can't believe that in a place like this where they think of everything they can't put up a normal blackout curtain so that you can sleep normally. because of this it's light in the room both in the morning and at night which is horrible and you can't sleep well because of this! the service is terrible, in 4 days they didn't even ask us what we wanted to drink. we didn't even get slippers for the room.

Some employees are too rude, maybe because they work too much, but at least they shouldn't reflect this on the customers, we had to argue with an employee named mohammed who worked in the beverage department from the first day just because we ask for drink twice, rooms were very old, don’t believe pictures on websites. the room we were staying in was so bad, we had to kill two bugs in the room, some of the food was delicious, but some of it was not, I had diarrhea on the third day, and I couldn't eat for the last three days, the hotel has some strict rule for some places which is totally pointless. the party topic is okey, but some of the insufficient parties are paid, some of them were made just to avoid the day off, as the hotel's score is high thats why we came and we had good expectations because of hight score, but it didn't even meet 30 percent of it. they hand you a tablet on the way out and ask you to comment. how objective to be at that time i think hotel score is hight because of that.... Friends who are planning to go, please take this comment into consideration and go; we were disappointed, and at least don't have too high expectations. And you can find much more cheaper hotel around with same experience.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Meraki. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes senties les bienvenues et en sécurité. Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné, toujours souriant et prêt à aider pour que le séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. L’ambiance de l’hôtel est agréable et conviviale, avec de nombreuses activités et une atmosphère dynamique tout en restant relaxante. Les installations sont très bien entretenues et l’équipe veille constamment au confort des clients. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs et recommandons cet hôtel à toutes les personnes souhaitant passer des vacances agréables dans un cadre sécurisé et chaleureux.
