If you reserve parking at the apartments, a deposit of €20 is required for the parking remote control. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay. The hotel rooftop will be accessible throughout the season, but the Skybar and jacuzzis will be operational from 15th June until September 15th. ARRIVAL: Tourist taxes will be requested at your arrival. Amount 0,66€ per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival. SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€) Important: Is not allowed to exceed the room’s maximum capacity. Babies makes part of the total capacity. (Except for double room) When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 20 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. (Maximum 2 pets per room). OTHER: When booking full board and half board, please note that drinks are not included. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the service charge applies to all bookings and it is not refundable. Please note. parking is available upon request at a cost of €15 per day throughout the year, except from June 12 to September 13, when the rate is €20 per day. To complete check-in, it is mandatory to present a valid physical official identification document, such as a passport or national ID card.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
