The carpets in the corridors was disgusting the room smelt damp and mouldy fridge was black inside. Only 1 lift working when we had a wheel chair user's with us and stairs was shut off due to work men .no hot tubs available on roof top till 15th of June so false advertisements. Fag ends every were out it was such a awful stay and ruined my hoilday.air con didnt work inside room

Stayed here recently and unfortunately the service experience started badly from the moment we arrived. At check-in, I was asked for my passport. I understand that hotels may require identification, and in hindsight I should probably have known that, but I haven’t travelled for many years and genuinely forgot. I didn’t have my physical passport or ID with me, only a photo of my passport on my phone. What disappointed me was not the rule itself, but the way it was handled. The younger receptionist was trying to help, but an older staff member came over and immediately became very hostile. She rolled her eyes at me, spoke very rudely, and even asked me “Do you not speak English?” despite the fact that I was already speaking English to her. It felt unnecessary and disrespectful. The room itself was actually fine — clean and generally good — so I have no complaints there. However, there are several other issues. The hotel is currently undergoing maintenance/renovation work which creates significant noise during the day and morning hours. There were also many children around the pool area despite the hotel being marketed as “Adults Recommended,” which felt strange and not really what we expected. The pool bar experience was also disappointing. The menu clearly listed Sangria de Cava by the glass for €5.50. My partner ordered one together with a beer, but received a regular sangria instead. When we pointed out the mistake, the bartender told us they only make Sangria de Cava in 1-litre portions costing €20, despite the menu clearly saying otherwise. Instead of correcting the mistake properly, my partner was offered a beer instead. The problem is that the beer costs around €2.50 while the sangria cost €5.50 — and no refund or compensation was offered. We essentially paid extra because of their own menu mistake. Overall, the room itself was okay, but the service throughout our stay has felt unnecessarily hostile, unhelpful, and disappointing.

Where to start…. Not allowed to sit outside before 10:00am, even tuned off the automatic door to stop us trying. Breakfast is stone cold if you go down after 09:00 but no point going earlier as can’t sit outside after breakfast anyway. If you are an early riser (like me) and like to have some quiet time and read outside then this isn’t the place for you.😩 Lots of internal building work going on which nobody informed us of and nothing said at reception when checking in. Front door has been stepped off and there is now a large platform outside preventing access and you have to walk round corner and go in via the pool area. Pool area was filthy and only when we complained to reception did they tell us that they know as there is an argument going on between cleaners and bar staff as to who should be doing it……. Rooms are ok. Cleaners do beds and towels but haven’t swept the room in the 5 days we have been here so far
