Le Mogador Château du Martinet

A great location in the middle of rural Provence. Lots of great little towns and wine Caves and vineyards. The service is great with a nice simple breakfast and a great diner card. The rooms are spacious with an amazing bathroom.

An absolutely perfect stay, Chateau du Martinet is exactly the place for which we had hoped: a gorgeous rustic building, charming grounds, and a friendly team of people that went out of their way to ensure all of our needs were met. The hotel is pet friendly, and two very friendly little dogs greeted us upon our arrival. The driveway is a bit oblique to the main road and we missed it the first time by. But that is no problem because it is worth the drive. I look forward to staying here again. Thank you!

A lovely Chateau in a perfect location, right in the heart of the Southern Rhine vineyards, the room was nicely decorated, bed really comfortable and a lovely outlook. The bathroom was especially lovely with roll top bath Andrew walk in shower with jet sprays. The public areas seemed a little tired and dated, and in need of updating. We were there in March, so was not planning on using the pool, which was good as it was empty and the area around it seemed untouched, so unsure if this will be tidied and pool filled by the summer.

This is a beautiful castle with a large pool and very warm and friendly staff/owners. I would stay again, but it is worth noting that the place is in need of a bit of an upgrade on the inside. It is run more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel, so you will see personal items around (like stuffed animals and knick knacks) and there are a couple of little old friendly dogs that roam freely. The bedding and the decor will remind you of staying at your grandma's house. That being said, the place has huge potential and is worth a stay. Also, the place was difficult to find using the app (or even Google maps), but only because the castle is about another three to five minute drive down the road. Keep driving and you will not miss it because it is right on the side of the road.

På väg hem igen fann vi denna mysiga plats bland träden. Efter inrättande på rummet med hjälp av Madamen, så bjöds det på ett glas läskande dryck. Nu dags för den stora poolen (2m som djupast), very nice! Underbara gamla solsängar. Tyvärr var restaurangen stängd när vi var där, så vi fick åka till en annan ort. Efter en god natts sömn i himmelssängen, så blev frukosten lite väl platt, enda minuset.
