AUStaff lovely and helpful.
Misleading information on website about accommodation. There is no pool outside but only spa on the rooftop. No food unless pre ordered 4 hours earlier. No cocktails or alcohol unless requested and only available after 6pm. No happy hour. Internet was shocking and buffered most of the time making it difficult to watch anything on TV. No live music performances. No themed dinners or games room or evening entertainment.

FRTrès belle bâtisse décorée avec goût malheureusement manque d’entretien sévère ce qui rend l’expérience décevante. Le personnel est agréable.
Les climatiseurs sont défectueux car vieillots et mal entretenus. L’odeur de tabac qui règne à l’entrée et au rdv est très désagréable.

Kan wat meer professioneler. Kleding van personeel kan beter. Airco is toe aan vervanging.
