Ballina Motel

Tired, poorly maintained, internet not working during our stay, temp caretakers unable to resolve internet issues. Stained sheets, blown lightbulbs, missing/broken toilet roll holder in bathroom

Advertised online. Free internet. Could not connect. Staff advised they had reported to manager/owner in past and nothing had been done about it.

Provide services that are advertised. Not very clean.

Location and staff were great.

One of our beds was broken and we kept having to fix it which was a bit annoying

Close to the venue that we attended.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the bathroom had mold, the wifi cut out and there was zero response from the motel to rectify it (ie there was no-one there, the after hours ph number went to a voice mail)

Perfect packing space.

Normally stayed here during my routine work trips, so just fit for purpose. Price is reasonable.

The staff were extremely unfriendly, the accommodation was dirty overall and wasn't cleaned, the TV was an old model so I couldn't watch OTT services like Netflix or Disney Plus at all, and the Wi-Fi connection was the worst.

Very good value for money, heaps of space, and facilities were great!
