Clean room, decent size. Good location with bus stop across the road. Communal kitchen is good. We were passing through so ok for 1 night but might not be ideal for longer stays.

The bathroom and toilet space was tight. Bathroom did not have anywhere to put body lotion but the floor. And to make it worse, the water was not draining quickly. The apartment had the smallest tv i had seen.

Le check in à partir de 16h. Pas assez de poubelles dans la chambre.

Proximité du centre ville historique, excellent accueil du personnel. Tout était parfait et un grand merci.

Es gab außer dem Zimmer, das man bewohnte eine gemütliche Sitzecke und eine Küche, in der man sich sein Frühstück bereiten konnte. Auch schön eingerichtet. Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank waren vorhanden. Alles war geschmackvoll mit Massivholzmöbeln ausgestattet. In der Sitzecke haben wir gerne mit anderen Gästen abends zusammen gesessen und geschwätzt. Unser Bett war bequem und bestand aus 2 Einzelbetten, die zusammengerückt waren. Auch ihm Zimmer war ein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden. Die Lage zur Altstadt war für uns ok. In 25 min war man zu Fuss dort. Auch Busfahren wäre eine Möglichkeit gewesen. Wer mit dem Auto kommt, sollte unbedingt einen Parkplatz mitbuchen, auch wenn die Plätze eng sind. Allerdings ist man schnell an der Einfahrt vorbeigefahren, weil sie unmittelbar hinter der Abzweigung liegt. Unbedingt die maccelleria sapa della Toscana ausprobieren. Sehr leckere Wurst und Käsetheke. Wir können die Unterkunft gerne empfehlen.

Das einzige, was wir bemängeln würden, wäre das Bad, wo die Silikonfugen etwas unappetitlich aussahen und die Duschtür beim bewegen laute Geräusche von sich gab.

The room was very comfortable and it suited our needs. The bathroom was shared but we had it to ourselves. Everything was clean and quiet. The room and bathroom were cleaned every day. There is a mini fridge in the room. There is a shared kitchen area where you can drink coffee or tea. Water bottles and coffee pods were provided as well as biscotti. It was a quick check in process where we paid the taxes. The host was friendly and she provided us with a map of the city and tourist information. It was easy to leave and return whenever we wanted. All in all a good experience for our first time in Bologna. Be aware that you must walk or take a bus to get anywhere, at least until the trams are up and running. I also liked that there were cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

I have absolutely no complaints about the place, it was well worth the price we paid. There was construction going on outside our window but they would start working much later in the morning. The AC was also not working but it really wasn't needed in mid May.
