Tanto las instalaciones, como el personal son una pasada. Desde que llegas estan oendientes a cualquier detalle que pueda hacerte falta, desde aparcarte el coche hasta invitarte a una consumición mientras te suben las maletas. El restaurante tambien está muy bien, una carta muy acorde al sitio aunque un poco subida de precio. El spa es pequeñito, y posiblemente un lavado de cara no le vendría mal. Mención especial al personal de recepción y al del restaurante, sobre todo un camarero con el pelo blanco y gafas, un encanto!!!! En general ha sido un gran fin de semana, repetiremos sin duda.

La experiencia en general fue muy buena como aspecto mejorable pondría en la habitación una carta con el servicio de habitaciones y los teléfonos de contacto de recepción, spa.... Y sobre todo....cambiaría los hielos de las consumiciones, son horrorosos! Por lo demás, muy contentos.

מלון יפה, חדרים מרווחים וארוחת בוקר נהדרת

שירות נוראי של הצוות בקבלה וחוסר טיפול בבעיות. במקלחת יצא בפתאומיות זרם של מים רותחים כל כמה שניות והתינוקת שלנו כמעט נכוותה. ביקשנו מספר פעמים שיגיעו לטפל בעיה ולבסוף במשך כל השהות שלנו לא הגיעו לטפל בבעיה כך שלא יכלנו להשתמש במקלחת. בנוסף גובים כסף על שירותים ללא התראה מראש ומחייבים בסיום השהות. במסעדה של המלון המנות בארוחת ערב ממש ממש קטנות והאוכל ממש לא מצדיק את המחירים. בקיצור אכזבה גדולה

Me gustaron mucho las vistas desde la habitación y desde el hotel en general. Las habitaciones son amplias con camas muy cómodas. La piscina exterior está muy bien, muy tranquila.

Había un salón para tomar una bebida, con muy buenas vistas, pero no estuvimos casi, porque no funcionaba en aire acondicionado y hacía mucho calor.

Amabilidad y profesionalidad en recepción.

Desproporción entre cinco estrellas y atención y servicios. Personal no profesional salvo en recepción que son muy atentas y se desviven. Habitaciones muy espaciosas, limpias y cómodas. Desayuno de calidad pero racionado. Restauración aceptable pero mal atendida y sin hielo hasta para tomar una copa. Hamacas escasas en piscina no muy cuidada. Terraza de cafetería abandonada y les cuesta servir una cerveza sin acompañamiento alguno. Spa, bien.
