"Dated hotel, hidden costs, average experience"

Beware if you’re booking this hotel, spa isn’t included in the price and they demand 45 euros per person to access it. Otherwise, the hotel is average and a little dated inside. Their restaurant looks high-end but food is served poorly. Our starter and mains were cold inside as though they took the meal out of a fridge and didn’t heat throughly. Communication with staff is average, language barrier gets in the way if you’re not a Spanish speaker. Overall, not recommended.

Hotel amplio y cuidado, en un entorno ideal para relajarse. Habitaciones muy cómodas, personal amable y spa compacto pero muy agradable y completo. No era época para disfrutar la piscina exterior, pero tenía una pinta estupenda.

Nos faltó la posibilidad de cenar en la cafetería, no queríamos dos días seguidos de cena en el restaurante ni tener que desplazarnos al pueblo, pero el horario para pedir de la carta de cafetería era muy limitado cuando fuimos (creo recordar que era hasta las 20:00), no sé si sería una cuestión puntual. Esperamos tener más suerte en nuestra próxima visita.

Dit hotel is zijn 5 sterren meer dan waard. Het hotel en de kamer hebben alle comfort, de ontvangst en bediening tilden het hotel naar een hoger niveau. Alles was perfect geregeld. Het eten was voortreffelijk. Een geweldige ervaring
