"Good value in the middle of St Just."

The room was clean and the coffee was replenished each day and the bin emptied. No noise from the pub downstairs and the breakfast was good in terms of quality and quantity.

There was a shortage of hot water on one occasion but apart from that everything was great.

The woman who owns it is exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions. The food was very good and the dining room has lots of light coming from the skylights, even on cloudy days.

No grab bar in the shower where we stayed across the street.
