Very easy to find, loads of free parking nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Lugging suitcases up a lot of stairs but that’s to be expected when staying in an inn.

It was very overpriced for what you get. My room was not worth £110 a night when most pubs are charging £60-£70. The radiator emitted very little heat. Although the breakfast was good, the veggie burger I had was awful and seemed to have come straight out of a packet.

I liked the fact that there was a mat that I could use in the shower, so that I wasn’t scared of slipping. The breakfast was very good, although I only had the same thing each day because it was perfect for me! Convenient location.

Hotel right in town centre, reasonably priced for its facilities. Clean, nice size room & breakfast was decent

Only here for two nights in January. Lovely Georgian building. Comfortable bed with nice clean bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Fantastic location.

Could not lock room from inside - a very minor problem as the door shut after closing, but for more privacy, it would have helped.

Lovely stay , great value for money and the food was lovely
