The staff all went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We were caught in a flight delay situation and they offered for us to check in straight away at 10 in the morning, and to check out later than usual to fit in with our revised travel plans. I was ringing to ask if they could be flexible on times after I made the booking, and they had already messaged me with the offer!

Очень уютный и празднично- убранный отель.Расположен в центре, с прекрасным видом из окна. Очень чисто, персонал чудесный и доброжелательный.Тихо и спокойно.Паркинги в шаговой доступности.

В принципе всё было замечательно.

"The stay was exactly what I expected, would stay again."

Nice pub, good location, friendly staff, quality breakfast.

Room was dated and very hot, had to turn radiator off and open window. But it was a work stay and good value so i don't have anything negative to say.

Lovely friendly staff, clean room with a very comfy bed. Ample tea/coffee bits in rooms Lovely breakfast choices in the morning

Couldn't work out how to open window or if it did. Maybe a little notice to explain
