"Better off in a Travelodge with a decent bed"

Cheap and nasty conversion. Worn out cheap mattress. Noisy. Smell of shake & vac was disgusting - as was the smell of cooking fat. People on balcony across the court yard 15 feet away on same level as us looking in having morning fag. Cheap furniture- nowhere to hang clothes apart from hooks directly over a kettle. Shower gel on floor of shower as no shelf. Room next to laundry room so even more noise. One word. TERRIBLE!! And expensive!!

Have stayed here a few times now, and have already booked our next stay. So that goes to show how lovely it is. Very close to everything. Also the shower is wonderful

A wonderful little hideaway in the centre of Whitby. The apartment was beautiful, well-kept and felt very calm. A wonderful little retreat space. Waking up to the amazing smells of the bakery downstairs was a joy.

Because of its central location, it was noisy from the pubs, traffic, and street cleaners. Probably the only thing to let it down as it was a great spot to see whitby from
