We loved the old cottage, the decor. The bed was so comfortable. Location was great. Private.

The wet room/bathroom was very small to maneuver in, but when you see the property, you understand why that is.

"Dove cottage is a lovely well positioned cottage warm and very clean in the old part off Whitby."

I was given a nice upgrade to Dove cottage it was in a Good location warm and very clean ,the bed was like sleeping in a cloud,I would love to stay here again .ty

Unfortunately my partner was unable to be with me,I found no negative points to mention.

We were upgraded to the old chocolate shop, which was lovely, fabulous comfy bath as well as well equipped kitchen etc

"Better off in a Travelodge with a decent bed"

Cheap and nasty conversion. Worn out cheap mattress. Noisy. Smell of shake & vac was disgusting - as was the smell of cooking fat. People on balcony across the court yard 15 feet away on same level as us looking in having morning fag. Cheap furniture- nowhere to hang clothes apart from hooks directly over a kettle. Shower gel on floor of shower as no shelf. Room next to laundry room so even more noise. One word. TERRIBLE!! And expensive!!

Have stayed here a few times now, and have already booked our next stay. So that goes to show how lovely it is. Very close to everything. Also the shower is wonderful
