Great location

Beams are a problem- if you’re a 6” man - don’t stay here!! Likely to whack your head on low beams that aren’t marked to show safety? Should have cushions or a brighter room??

The location of Sanders Yard is perfect for exploring Whitby. Really easy arrangements for accessing the property, we even had a phone call letting us know when it was ready giving us early access which was really unexpected and thoughtful. The property was really well maintained and clean.

There were only 2 things that we didn't like, the noise outside the property from early morning from about 4.30 there were constant deliveries and bin trucks servicing the business. The bed has a 'foot board' I am only 5ft2 and my feet were touching it, my husband who is 6ft2 couldn't lay straight in the bed. Despite these 2 things, great property.

The location was great. We are taken back when we walked in with how cute we thought the property was. Would highly recommend. Would say not stable for people in stead on their feet at the top stairs could be challenging, but for my partner and I it was perfect.

The room was light, spacious and airy. Shower was fab

Pillows were a bit flat

Lovely close to the harbor in a nice part of whitby The place was really clean and the en-suite was excellent, plus it had a second bathroom. More than what I expected

Onwards hard to find Better directions would have helped I understand that it was really hot and I had to have the windows open but noise from the pub and repairs to building across the road kept me up That said I would most definitely visit again and would highly recommend
