Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good

Owner was warm, caring and informative

Booked for overnight rest before going to IOW Festival. Lovely quiet location. Large twin rooms, shared bathrooms were very clean and spacious. We were the only ones at the property. Would definitely book again if i go to Southampton again

The owner was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely too, nice selection of cereals, fruit salad, yoghurts, croissant and toast with tea or coffee and/or fresh juice. The bedroom was comfortable with tea making facilities, bed linen fresh and clean.

Location to the guildhall

Uncomfortable bed, room was very hot despite the window open. Didn’t like the flat roof right outside the window from a security point of view. Everything just looked very tired. The owner was pleasant though, helpful and check in was all good

Wonderful friendly host. Parking right out front. Close walk to Guildhall events. Very comfortable bed.
