Comfort Inn & Suites near Bethel College

Internet: sucks. Breakfast: sucks. Cable television: sucks. I will say the bed was nice and firm and after a couple of complaints, they replaced the whole AC unit. So I guess the service was okay.

The property was okay. There were several mold spots above the shower area and I feel like there were many areas that could be touched up otherwise. The beds were comfortable.

Outside looked great but inside property was run down. Room and hallways were dirty rust in shower and bed skirt had spots of something that spilled from last customer.

Nothing. They have a cockroach infestation! And acted as though that is acceptable.

We seen a cockroach in the pool area and ants all over a table. Life vests and floaties all over the floor. We found roaches in the room also so we left immediately, the man at front desk said he couldn’t do a refund but the manager would tomorrow. I’ve called twice and no manager in. The offers pilots instead of a refund. We are obviously not interested in staying at another comfort in ever.

Close to train station and restaurants.

I slept so good. The man at check in was very, very nice and Soo busy. He even took time to put batteries in our remote we stayed Friday June 13-14. We were there for a funeral. When I made reservations, the lady asked what was bringing us there, I said a family funeral, she was so very sweet and sent her condolences. The price was very good, too thank you

When we arrived, a man was standing in the entry area smoking. We had to cover our noses to enter, because it was so strong and I have a severe sensitivity to cigarette smoke. When we waited at the front desk, this same man came to check us in. Our room was okay, with the exception that the toilet seat was round and placed on an oval-shaped toilet bowl. Needless to say, you had to be very careful not to touch the bowl area. The bathtub was not cleaned. The broken soap bar was still on the tub, along with black mold on the tile adhesive. The bathroom door had a hole in it made by the room door handle. The next morning, we went to breakfast at 7:20 am (the breakfast started at 7:00) and all the containers and condiments were empty. There were a few people eating but several were looking for something to eat. I went to the desk and informed the clerk and he didn't say anything but was perturbed. No apologies, no comments, just stomped off. When he started slinging things into the containers and not replacing the lids, we left. A guest told me it was the same the day before. I reported the deficits to the same smoking clerk the next morning as we checked out, and he offered no apology but rather excuses. We paid $275 for the two-night stay and we will not stay there again. I advise others to go to the Holiday Express, north on Broadway.

Unorganized hotel, dirty,

Room was clean and comfortable. Property was understaffed. I felt bad for the front counter guy. Hire more people. Pool area was messy and no towels and the phone in our room didnt work. Breakfast was good. Sausage, eggs, biscuts and gravy, waffles and a variety of bread and cereal.
