The location was convenient, and parking was included. These were the only positives.

The whole 2nd floor smelled like stale cigarette smoke, wet dog, and urine. The walls were covered in residue from people smoking, and the carpet in the room was filthy. I also couldn't check out, because there was no one answering the front desk phone at 7am.

Drug dealers and pimps and prostitutes in parking lot and going in and out of entrances. (Rocks proping open secondary entrances). Management seemed like they didn't care. Room for an extended stay. Had a small apartment refrigerator 2 burner stove no oven had microwave dishwasher ( that was disconnected by maintenance on order from owner) No coffee pots anywhere in rooms nor lobby. 2 tiny pillows for a king bed not enough linen ie blankets. Not even an alarm clock or any clock for that matter in rooms. Ohh by the way no pots no pans plates silverware for room use. Check sheet said pots and pans available for purchase for 50 bucks, when I inquired that's no longer offered.online the picture of room showed coffee pots alarm clocks but absolutely no mention of anything that was no longer available. FALSE ADVERTISING IN MY BOOK. I wouldn't stay in this dump again if it was free.

Everyone was friendly and the room was clean

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable

We left and did not stay due to soiled, gross mattress with stains and possible bed bugs. They never did refund me despite contacting hotels.com I would still like a refund for both nights. 9/4 and 9/5/25

The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet still had urine in it along with everything else on the seat. The room smelled terrible. The advertisement about newly renovated is false. We ended up not staying because it was so bad. Do not stay at this Hotel.
