The flush wasn't working in the room, and we could smell smoke in the corridor when it was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel.

Keys get deactivated so easy and after 7pm no staff on duty. Use the house phne to get someone but nobody answered. I was locked out of hotel for 3 hours. Not returning.

It was okay. Lots of random inconviences though. Took awhile to get let in and was late at night and we were all really tired and just stood there for 15 minutes for door to open then the batteries in the remote would not work so we couldnt change the channel, we asked for more pilows but they said they had no more and it was just one pillow that was very flat, when i put my phone charger in, it got smokey and I had to take it out and remove it. Just wasnt a great experience.. luckily we were so tired we just crashed but wouldnt reccomend.

The room definitely needs an upgrade. More attention to detail when cleaning. The carpet was soiled and needs cleaned or replaced.

My daughter fell on broken concrete in the parking lot because of poor lightning. The room carpet was so dirty you could probably grow plants. The carpet had food on it and a used straw and wrapper. There was mildew in the bathroom. The refrigerator stunk so bad you couldn't stand to open it. There was only 1 bar of soap that with washing hands and bathing didn't last. The elevator dropped as it started to go up. I'm not sure it was safe. There were men sitting on the floor in the hallway all hours of the night. It was a scary place. There was no coffee in the room.

I like that it has a stove and you can cook your own meals

Doesn't seem like the rooms are cleaned very well. I found stuff behind the nightstands that weren't ours. The staff weren't up at the deck. You always have to call them. Sometimes, they don't answer at all.

Are room supposed be 85 dollars we where charge 104 was supposed one bed had king an a single bed

I turned this hotel into the BBB because is was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in and wanted a refund for the 2 nights that I did not stay there because it was so gross. The manager would not refund me for the 2 nights I did not stay there and then lied about it when Expedia asked for the refund for me. The BBB could not even get ahold of anybody at this place. What kind of business is this that will not respond to the BBB? Very concerning!!! Do not waste your money staying here like I did!!
