Amalienhof Hotel Weimar

This hotel has several things great things going for it: 1. It's quite inexpensive. 2. The front desk is friendly and helpful. 3. The breakfast buffet (included in the price of the room) is actually quite substantial! 4. The wifi is fast and reliable. 5. The hotel is well located - only about five minutes' walk from Goethe's Wohnhaus. There's not too much more to say - I was happy with my stay here, and, if and when I chance to be back at Weimar, will be happy to return to stay at this hotel. For the price at which they offer their rooms, it'd be a great value.

We were there to visit Liszt Music School. The location of hotel is in the center of Weimar. Very convenient to walk everywhere. The room was big, high cell, good condition but a little old as all other buildings! Good spirit.

The hotel is centrally located in Weimar. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast alone was worth the stay! It was an enjoyable stay.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und fühlten uns gleich wieder wohl. Die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer mit historischem Flair lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Service und Frühstück sind ausgezeichnet. Freundlichkeit ist oberstes Gebot.

Pleasant hotel at the entrance of the old city of Weimar. Old fashioned charm. Modern bathroom. Kind, friendly staff. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Das Frühstück war traumhaft, der Service erstklassig, da war der Termin schon fast Urlaub.

Besondes fiel uns auf, dass das ganze Personal sehr darauf bedacht war uns freundlich und zuvorkommend zu behandeln, ohne dass es übertrieben wirke. Außerdem ist das Haus mit sehr schönen Möbeln, hohen Decken, teils mit Stuck ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The parking was very good, as was the breakfast. The location was very convenient. We were disappointed that we had no wifi in our apartment, and had to go to he lobby for it. The staff insisted that it was working. Frustrating. But for one night, it was a very satisfactory stay.

Old fashioned, but still stylish, nearly retro-chic. Good reception. Well located in the very center with parking place. Need to close the windows to keep out noise. Carefully composed quality breakfast buffet.
