Loutsiana Hotel Apts

Lovely well presented and very clean hotel. The hotel is a good distance from the centre of Ayia Napa - not walkable. Taxi cost ranged from 10-18 euro. There is however a handful of restaurants, bars and shops in close proximity. The grounds are extremely well kept and everywhere is spotless. Rooms were spacious with free air con, fridge and smart TV (Netflix / Prime / YouTube) - again spotless and clean Small pool but ample for our needs Don’t be put off by the mixed reviews about the breakfast offerings, we found them more than ample and a suitable selection- we had little issue with cold food. Hot and continental options available. Within 10-15 minutes walk are various beaches which are stunning- marconissos & Landra (Crystal clear waters) We found all the staff at the Loutsiana very pleasant, friendly and helpful If your looking for a small friendly hotel outside the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa this is a great option

Lovely apartments in a quiet location close to the Marina and Waterpark. Good choice of hot and cold food at breakfast (served 7.30-10.30). 15 euros for a safety deposit box for 7 nights. We paid a 10 euro deposit for an additional room key. Friendly staff. Grounds kept clean and tidy. WIFI very good. Bus stop outside hotel. We went to Protaras on the bus which took around an hour and cost 2 Euros for a single fare. 10 minute walk to the Marina where there is a coffee shop & a hand full of restaurants. 15/20 minute walk to beautiful Nissi beach. A few restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. Agrotikon Restaurant serves a lovely meze. Gardens Bar near Nissi had a good atmosphere & lovely cocktails. A couple of supermarkets nearby but no big supermarkets unless you have a car to drive to it. If you like bakeries, highly recommend Zorbas at Nissi Beach. Check out is 12pm. We paid 60 euros to keep our room on until our coach pick up at 9pm. There is a shower room & luggage storage available though if you can’t keep room or don’t choose to. Would definitely return.

Excellent apartments/hotel, not a single issue throughout the week, we stayed in 722 we upgraded to a luxury room, and judging by the balcony’s on the standard room then we are glad we did upgrade as luxury rooms are newer, bigger inside and also very large balcony (only downside is they give you table and 2 chairs and one sun lounger) not sure why that is, doesn’t make much sense. Bus stop of outside most buses go to the centre if your not sure or keen to try any bus, then 101 to go to the centre then 102 is the return bus Bus pass is 15 euro for 3 days, 20 euro 5 days, or 25 for 7 days, they tell you to keep your receipt incase of inspection on the bus, we never did and never seen any inspectors and were on and off it each day, but would be up to you to risk it, but we bought a 5 day one for 7 days as we didn’t go no where the first day, but then on the last day the bus pass still worked, which we were on day 6 of it, so what I’m saying is buy a 3 day pass and I think it’ll continue to work unless your stopped and I don’t see any chance of that happening. Two supermarkets down the road both are around the same price but a bit expensive for example bottle of absolute vodka 1 litre £26 euro, if you don’t mind the walk or a car if you have one, go right out the hotel to the waterpark and turn left down to the marina and there is a small shop within the arena absolutely cheap as, doesn’t have as much but has a lot of what you’d need from a shop, for example same bottle of vodka 13 euro, most the wines half the price of the supermarkets on Nissi Ave Air con was perfect Room cleaned everyday, towels changed, although the balcony was missed on a couple of the days for some reason, again not to bothered didn’t impact us. All staff are pleasant and nice, cats are well looked after, you’ll know if you stay in a luxury room. Safe was 20 euro for a week get 5 euro back for return of the key. We were B&B only went twice as not really a breakfast person would say as others have a lot of items are warm to cold, maybes if you get there for it opening its a lot hotter, I got sausage, beans and egg and all was luke warm Would I stay again, absolutely

We stayed in Loutsiana hotel Deluxe apartment (room 105) as a family 2 + 2 for one week (May 2025) - what a lovely holiday. The hotel is situated on the western outskirt of Ayia Napa - near Water Park in walking distance to Ayia Napa New Marina. Apartment 105 was really DELUXE apartment - modern, excellently clean with large balcony and seats - overlooking the pool area. We had lovely holiday view during a day and in the evening the palms were lighted with colourfull led lights creating a magical atmosphere. Hotel has advantageous price / performance ratio - excellent price for such a quality - including spacious parking area behind the ramp next to the appartment. Kids enjoyed the parrot show. We had non alcoholic mojito from the hotel bar and it was excellent. I did appreciate also late departure 12:00 hrs. - not like other hotels 10:00 hrs. We will definitelly come back and advice this lovely hotel to all travellers that are looking for calm and relaxing atmosphere in Ayia Napa. Thanks to the professional staff - I like the performance of the managing director that personally checked her staff (respectfull Nepali cleaners) in the hotel and took care of everything - good job.

Stayed as a couple for 1 week, rooms were modern, clean & comfortable with 3 pin sockets (no continental adapters required). Pool and bar area keep clean and tidy, breakfast was nice with good choice english breakfast style. I would definately recommend and return

Just back from a week with the Loutsiana and this was our first visit to the Nissi Bay area for a family wedding and we absolutely loved the hotel. We were swiftly checked into Room 230 which seemed newly renovated and had everything we needed for my wife and I along with our 3 year old. A cot previously requested was sitting in our room on our arrival too. Towels changed and bedrooms cleaned daily was a nice touch too. The air conditioning is an absolute god send. The breakfast has a good variety, as its a buffet some of the hot food was a little cooler but we had plenty of choices and it was all tasty nonetheless. We ate at the restaurant too and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. The pool area is quite quiet, which is what we were looking for and getting beds is easy enough. Our 2 year old has pretty much the whole pool to herself and loved it in the hot weather. Getting in and out of Nissi/Ayia Napa either via the bus stop outside the hotel was very easy to use (just ask the driver when getting on if they go to where you want is easiest and its CASH ONLY) Bolt taxis we found easy to get as well if you download the app. The staff across the board were all fantastic and couldn't fault a thing. We will be back.

Lovely hotel, clean and modern vibes. We were in room 714 which was spacious with a good size balcony, overlooking other apartments but that was fine. Pool area was nice, again clean and well kept. The hotel is right at the start of Ayia Napa, so not much to do around hotel. But the buses and taxis are reasonable, the walk would take a long time. We went to makronisis beach which was a 20minute walk from hotel, it was a lovely beach. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The downside for the hotel was the breakfast (we were bed and breakfast) the hot choices were mostly cold or luke warm. Reasonable choice of continental breakfast though. The other thing we noticed was there was no atmosphere, no music at poolside during the day or in the bar of an evening which made it seem very quiet. If you are looking for a peaceful break, this is for you.

Hotel is spotless, pool is maintained, staff were friendly, only downside is the location, it’s quite far from Aiya napa centre however there is a bus stop outside. We paid €20 for a week pass for unlimited bus rides. Or €1.50 per trip or €2 after 9pm per trip. Waterworld and the new marina within walking distance. Breakfast was limited and mostly cold.

Loved this place from the 'getgo'. I arrived after 11pm tired and hungry, so immediately after dumping my stuff in my (gorgeous) room/studio I hastened down to the poolside restaurant/bar where they were still serving pizza. Yay. The pizza was very good and was actually hot. More on that later. At that point I bought their drinks package (8 drinks from a limited menu for 26 Euros). I wouldn't do it again though as the drinks were not that delightful lol ... I was there 12 days, and it wasn't long enough. Fabulous peaceful and relaxed vibe, and incredibly clean rooms and facilities. The rooms, pool, gardens, restaurant, bar, lobby etc. were beautifully laid out. Most of the staff were friendly, especially Ana. The Loutsiana is the last hotel in Ayia Napa in the Larnaka direction, the only things further out were the water park (which everybody who had been said was excellent), and a very good traditional taverna. In the other direction there were beautiful beaches and excellent eateries galore, so many of which were within easy walking distance. My best tip would be to get the one week bus pass on your first day for 20 Euros. I literally hopped on and off buses like a crazy thing during my stay, 'cos' it was costing me nothing, and I saw so many places that I probably would have seen otherwise. The big let down here was the food. At the beginning of this review I mentioned that the pizza was hot. Sadly, it was the only hot food that I ate at the Loutsiana. The 'hot' breakfast items were always lukewarm at best. They just didn't seem to have figured out a way to keep the food hot. So I chose to have a continental breakfast each morning. Additionally, I ordered from the restaurant evening menu three times, and each time it arrived hardly warm, looking not very fresh, and actually not very tasty at all. I felt it had all been hurriedly reheated. I sent one dish back (the calamari) after two bites. In my opinion they need to take a good hard look at their catering team, and make some changes. I'm told even the weekly bar-b-q stuff comes out barely warm. It was easy to see why, as they barbequed the food mid-afternoon, and then simply covered it with foil until 8 o'clock in the evening. I mean, the fact that I wasn't inclined to eat at the Loutsiana turned out to be a very good thing, as it gave me the motivation to keep going to fresh places to eat, and I had some of the best meals I've ever had on holiday. I did thoroughly enjoy enjoy my stay though, and I would go back!

Currently still at the Loutsiana, this is our 3rd year in a row here and we absolutely love it. Ellias and he’s staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. Anna is amazing with the children they love her. The hotel is spotless and the food is lovely. So sad to be leaving on Saturday but will 100% be back again next year. Thanks guys for another amazing holiday xx
