Just got back from a week stay love every minute of it.. hotel is spotless clean the food is lovely and hot.. staff are really friendly and helpful in the restaurant area, I had a one bedroom apartment and it was lovely and big just wanted I needed and beds were comfortable and had lovely night sleeps here.. pools are lovely and cleaned everyday we will definitely be returning next year 😬

I've stayed here many times, last time was around 6 years ago anyway I decided to come back because I was never let down in any way before when I used to bring my children to stay, this time it was myself and my brother staying, we had a studio apartment each next door to each other, I must say this place has still got everything in place to make your stay fantastic, the rooms are cleaned daily to a very high standard (absolutely spotless) with clean towels daily, the girls here work very hard, the staff are all smiles and very polite and helpful, Makronissos Beach and the the WaterWorld water park just a short walk, I booked direct which is also a good idea as you will save up to 20% on price, the breakfast buffet has plenty to choose from and all delicious, fresh coffee machines also, very quiet around the apartments at night which is one of the reasons I keep coming back l, no nonsense going on with the youngsters from the clubbing strip, this is a little gem and I mean that, I will definitely be back in the future as this is a constantly well managed clean perfect place to stay with or without children. beautiful place, very well looked after. sophia and rest of restaurant staff always pleasant and polite. food was very nice but hot breakfast not hot but still ok. very clean room and grounds. gardens very well maintained. cant wait to come back.

Smooth check in, room was really nice over looked the pool then onto sea. Pool area is amazing, comfy beds, plenty parasols. The pool was so clean , bar and restaurant right on hand. The food in the restaurant was delicious huge portions, a toastie with chips and salad was more than enough for 2 to share on a lunchtime. Food was excellent standard. The staff are an absolute credit to the company. Great hotel, great staff, great rooms, great food n drink. Some nice restaurants and bars nearby. A special mention to the lady with glasses on in reception she gave us outstanding service.

If you are not expecting too much out of this hotel/ apartment then you won’t be disappointed. Don’t expect hot food, plates, cutlery or butter… Drinks were spilt, when I mentioned to one of the staff incase a guest or one of them didn’t see it and caused an accident it was if I was talking to thin air and she made no effort to have it mopped up. Staff at the small restaurant area seemed to be waving dishcloth’s in the air and doing very little else. I enquired about keeping the room on as we had a very late flight and it meant we would be waiting around for 91/2 hours after checking out at midday. I was told to come back the following day which I did only to be told the computer was down and they would let me know. The reception staff were still on their laptops which I found strange, I must say not very friendly or particularly helpful young women. The strange thing is there was a letter posted under our door telling us to book the room if we wanted to keep it on. It wasn’t cheap to say the least but we were willing to pay as it was such a long time to wait, from 12-2pm €20, 12-4pm €40 and later it was €60!!! Within 10 minutes I was called to say the room wasn’t available I don’t understand why we were reminded in the morning?? Needless to say we will not be returning to this hotel or recommend it to friends, family or anyone I care about … PS if you do venture here bring your own coffee etc as they charge €3 for replacement pods and suga , no milk 🙄 extortionate!!!

As a young couple the apartments had everything we needed including a restaurant which was a 30 second walk from our room that serves food till midnight. The breakfast buffet has a good selection and the food was beautiful. The food from the restaurant was okay but for the price better is expected however it is eatable. All the staff are lovely and the rooms are kept clean. We would definitely come again.

Clean apartments. Staff a friendly they speak some English. Not many sun-beds around the pool area. Rooms cleaned everyday but ever slow. And make sure you got all your stuff for the pool area cause they will get pinched. My son had his swimming goggles pinched

Just came back from a weeks stay, lovely hotel and great friendly staff. Room was large with all the amenities you need, was cleaned to a high standard daily. We stayed bed and breakfast, breakfast was good. Hotel is in a great quiet location, apart from waterpark 5mins away. Bus stop at the front of hotel to take you into the center of Ayia Napa if you want something lively. Beach 10 min walk away. My only negative is there is NO way near enough sun bed's for the hotels capacity. We came down a couple of days around 8 in morning and none was left, i never bother with the sunbed wars, if i see sunbed that hasnt been used for 2 or 3 hours I'll remove the towels myself so i can use lol, woke up early one morning at 6 and there was already a load of towels down on the sun beds. Like i said earlier there is the beach a short walk away, so can use sun beds there for a small fee. Apart from my little moan. As a family we would 100% absolutely stop here again. Gem of a hotel.

these apartments are up there with the best we have stayed at. full place is spotless and has an air of freshness. i could not fault it for anything at all...even though it is at the end of nissi avenue the bus service is regular and very cheap to use...brilliant place

What a fabulous hotel, I had two nights here as I was in Cyprus on an Emergency. I’m not good at reviews but here it goes. First and foremost, two ladies on Reception Maria and Klaus, what can I say other than friendly, professional, compassionate. Everything I needed these two ladies were understanding and outstanding. Getting me within 5 minutes a hire car at 17:00 on a Sunday, arranging me transfers and just being friendly. These two ladies are a credit to the Hotel. Thank you, you made a difficult time so much easier. Staff Everyone is exceptional. -As previously mentioned Klaus and Maria on Reception, the cleaners, bars staff, kitchen staff etc. etc. Whatever the management are doing, I take my hat off to you. Different level of staff, so professional. The Rooms. Safe, Absolutely spotless. Brilliant facilities including well maintained AC and easy to use. Couldn’t fault the rooms. The Hotel. Again absolutely spotless. Many young families here enjoying family time around a spotless pool and garden area. “The whole Hotel is Spotless”. Overall This is an excellent hotel, whatever the management are doing they have it spot on. Brilliant Staff, great food, clean (I mean staff constantly cleaning). This little Hotel on the outskirts of Aya Napa is something special. Keep doing whatever you’re doing, you are a different level to your competitors. Thank you
