Spacious apt , clean, good kitchen ,nice bathroom. Nicely decorated.But unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable.our room was at the front of the building. So the street was pretty busy and the room quite noisy . Then from early morning on there was a person just under our windows playing the

Good size apartment which had all the ammentities you need. It was close to everything in Edinburgh we wanted to see and great tip for the train station by the check in team. The apartment itself needed a good sweep and vacuum over the floor. There was some type of water pump in the middle of the hallway closet that kept going off all night, which was very noisy and led to very disruptive sleep. Overall was fine for what we needed, but the water pump would have been a huge issue if we stayed any longer

We Loved this apartment. The Bedrooms where quite crowded with our suitcases and the beds were a little hard but the living area was spacious and clean and made up for everything. We were in Victoria Street and the apartment was in a perfect spot with so much to do right outside the door. We would recommend and stay here again.

The apartment was spacious and clean. 3 bathrooms was a real bonus! The stove was a bit hard to figure out and the instructions did not really explain things but the office staff were helpful. Even though it was close to the main road it was quiet.

Great place centally located in Old Town. The agency was very helpful and let us store put luggage after check out. Would definitely recommend this property?

Good location. Property was adequate for a short stay. I complained communal areas smelt of stale smoke. The rep called with a can of air freshener to assist. When we returned to the flat later the problem did seem to be partially rectified in some areas. There was no phone call from rep to follow up on this complaint in particular. The tv couldn’t get any decent channels. The door handle on the bathroom came away in your hand. The shower in one of the bathrooms wasn’t clean and the sink plunger didn’t work. With a bit of effort and not a great deal of money this flat could be brought up to a good standard which warrants the cost. The lounge furniture was shabby and virtually unusable due to its small size.

The staff in the office were an absolute delight to work with. Everyone was incredibly helpful and had a great sense of humor! The location was perfection - just a couple minutes away from St. Giles, the castle, and other incredible landmarks. The apartment was clean and pleasantly decorated, exactly the kind of place you want to collapse after an intense day of sightseeing. Getting into it was a little much, as it required a code plus a set of keys, and the exterior was a little sketchy-looking, but don't let that scare you away from lodging that's otherwise a truly incredible bargain. (Seriously, they could have charged double what they did and it would have been reasonable given the quality of the stay and the convenience of the location.)

spacious, parking is conveninent, apartment is very clean and well appointed, Best thing is a block away from Royal mile and walking distance to Edinburgh's all major attractions.
