St. Giles Apartment

THey were so easy to work with. The apartment was in a fabulous location. The sheets and towels were so soft.

the front office reception is away from the actual apartment location. This is not specified in their booking and they don't make any arrangements to transfer the guests. Moreover , the guests are not provided the rooms till exactly 3 pm their check in time even though the apartments are available earlier or requests made. This is very unprofessional behaviour of the reception staff. There is no consideration for any requests from the management. The only saving grace is the apartments even though far off from the reception office are quite comfortable...

Very good situation for all attractions. It is close to a couple of pubs so you will hear noise from them and from people going up and down to the Grassmarket. It is a city centre property so we would expect that and it didn't bother us. The bedrooms were at the back so that reduced the noise. Good sized lounge and well fitted kitchen.

Location location location! Directly across the street from Saint Giles Cathedral is a three bedroom two full bath with showers room (not a tub). the two showers clean modern full beautiful kitchen huge windows you’re right in the heart of all the action! You could see the street music and hear it from your room you can hear the tours beginning because a lot of the tours begin near Saint Giles Church. We stayed May 9 through the 11th so that wasn’t any major festivals going on. Not a handicapped friendly environment though it is a hike up several flights of stairs but being home now I feel like I got in shape! Please do detour this from booking here because the staff were extremely friendly let you keep their bags at the office while you travel to around waiting for the train or free room to be ready . The kitchen had everything including tea and coffee and a little milk to begin your stay. All pots PAns untensils etc. just like a timeshare hotel linens are beautifully cleaned in on the beds he was easy to adjust they provide the soap shampoo etc. for your stay. Would definitely go here again and stay in the same place loved it! Private and safe too.

They were so helpful. Apartment was great. Amazing location right on the royal mile. We had a minor issue with the apartment they came and took care of in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!

Great location,in old town city centre, close to Edinburgh Castle & Royal Mile

Check in process was excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was so much better than we were expecting! Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and amazing location right in front of St Giles Cathedral. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we will definitely return! We loved it.

Decent Edinburgh apartment in old town centre location

I recommend these apartments. Everything was great, the apartment where we stayed was located in Victoria Street, very comfortable, clean, and very well located in Edinburgh. I will come back here in the future.
