The view was perfect

The toilet was leaking, and we asked to be serviced or to change the room, but nothing happen

Zu hellhörige Zimmer und es gab eine Baustelle auf der Etage über uns von früh morgengs fast ganztags. Sofa unbequem zum Schlafen, das ist eine Zumutung für Erwaschsene, man kann die Beine nicht ausstrecken. Obst zum Frühstück faul und nicht abwechlungsreich und jeden Tag aufs Neu trotzdem serviert.

The location is excellent! It's near the lake and only 10 to 15 min walk to the center. The room has a beautiful view to the lake and quay! The hotel has private parking. The restaurant serves very good breakfast, and each day there was something different on the menu. The waiters were very kind and service was great!

We couldn't use the jacuzzi or sauna during our stay. When we asked the recepionists told us that we can use the spa any time from 9am to 9pm, but when we wanted to go during that time we saw that sauna was not working. When we asked why it was not working, the recepionist told us that we had to make an appointment. Also, the jacuzzi was not working and we were told that we could use the jacuzzi if we went to another hotel 5km away.
