The Venezuela lady who was the receptionist was very rude. She did not give the hotel even I booked in bookings.com. So they do not follow bookings terms and conditions.

Buena ubicación con acceso a todo. La atención fue buena.

Solo tengo que observar lo del recipiente del jabón que no funcionaba y nunca fue cambiado. Tocaba abrir totalmente el dispensador.

"Excellent down to earth hotel on 70."

The location is excellent along 70 and close to the stadium and Ivan de Bedout Basketball Arena, which is where I spent most of my time. The staff are all amazing and so helpful and so nice, everything was excellent.
