"Canas cómodas, buenas ubicación del hotel. No acogen solicitudes"

Cuando hice la reserva solicite una habitación sin ruido por problemas de sueño y confirmé antes y me aseguraron que así sería, pero incumplieron. Nos ubicamos en una habitación en el segundo piso con ventanas a la escalera y zona de estar, por ende, demasiado ruido

"Hotel cómodo"

La atención del personal y la comodidad de la habitación, cercania al cerro de monserrate y de avenidas principales, el desayuno muy rico.

La tv no funcionaba, peendia pero no tenía señal.
